|Everybody knows the fantastic Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia (Spain). Nevertheless, there are other cathedrals in this region which are very beautiful and interesting. |This beautiful cathedral is the best and purest example of Spanish Romanesque. Urgel was one of many catalan counties. Until the union of this counties under the Crown of Aragon, Urgel was one of the most important one.
