It's a Royal Navy destroyer type 42 class vessel. The name of it I can't say because the number is written on the side of it.
Currently there are 8 ships of this class ships in the fleet:

HMS Exeter (D89), Nottingham (D91), Southampton (D90), Liverpool (D92), Manchester (D95), Edinburgh (D97), Gloucester (D96), and York (D98).

On the photo you see HMS Edinburgh (D97).
