Does anyone have any idea what THIS is?
I think it's a kind of stadium but theres no roads linking to it so...... :stare:

Hmm... It looks a bit like a reservoir, but it doesn't look big enough to hold enough water to make it worthwhile. Also, on the north side of it, it seems to have a section going back into the mountain. There aren't any roads, but there are a lot of dirt Tracks(as you can see in my file), and at least two dirt tracks connect to a paved road called Hawaii Belt Road.
Anyone else want to comment?

It's a water/rain reservoir. Look at the topographic map here:

Kaopapawai Waterhole A type of "lake".
The kmz you have listed it at 20000ft elevation. Below is a list of the waterholes for the Islands.

This waterhole is on the other side of Mauna Loa.
The Komakawai Waterholes (19.40056; -155.78167) are much nearer to this reservoir, but this special one is not listed.
