again looking around GE and i found these mounds , anyone know what they are ?

They look like natural rock outcrops to me. There are some man-made berms next to some, but the large mounds are natural.

Yes, as told by Mundane they are the hard rocks protruding out of the sand.

The reason for these outcrops to be so obvious is found in your other post .. sand loaded in trucks on a cross-like loading yard.
