As a matter of vague interest, does anyone have a feel for what resolutions the latest military 'spyware' can manage?

Capable of detecting the twinkle of an eye yet?

They can tell you what you were doing, w whom you were doing it w and how you were doing it.

They can pickup conversations, text messages (while the text is in process), basically, any building can be penetrated through.

Ya, just watch a few episodes of 24 and you'll see what they are capable of....haha.
