Could be the MS Freedom of the Seas

Sorry Sladys, but I don't think it is. I cut out the 2 ships and pasted em side by side, (the bottom is the Freedom of The Seas) and they are clearly different.

Looks pretty similar but it isn't the Freedom.
Can't tell you yet which ship it is, but the real Freedom is located near Cozumel in Mexico (20&#176;29'7.73"N 86&#176;58'29.02"W).

There are so many of them all looking similar.
Freedom, Liberty, Voyager, Genesis, Sovereign, Explorer, Independence ... of the Seas. All built by Aker Yards in Finland.

edit: Forgot... Adventure, Navigator, Mariner of the Seas! :P

edit2: After studying wikipedia i think it's a voyager class ship. So there are Voyager, Explorer, Adventure, Navigator and Mariner left. Size, shape and location match to voyager class. But i still don't know which one was positioned near Nice at the beginning of the year.
