I've been interested in doing this for awhile. You know how you can rate people's files? I'm interested in rating users...as in ALL the files they have. I'd be rating users on everything..from the content of individual files to how interesting the files are. I'll give feedback on files (why I like certain files, why I don't like others), I'll give a list of my top 5 favorite files (and why I chose them), additional suggestions, and an overall score. If you are interested, just stop by and make a post and I'll "review" you. :yep:

This is my first review, so we'll see how this works.

6 Outdated files.
Interesting Variety..theme parks, planes, government buildings, hurricanes.
Most Downloaded file: Pentagon (updated) - 11,030 downloads
Review:
Information: 3/10
Placemark Style: 10/10
Interestingness: 7/10
Total: 20/30
Comments: Not much information, great placemark style (no icon, great view (snapshot view), good resolution, famous landmark. Hmm, never rated before (so nothing to compare it to).. I'll give it an 6.7/10. Love the style, but not enough information.
Least Downloaded file: Odd Stadium - 97 downloads
Review:
Information: N/A (Not much information I can give for this either)
Placemark Style: 9/10
Interestingness: 8/10
Total:17/20
Comments: Why the yellow suitcase as an icon? Icon and label don't obscure anything, view is centered.. Looking at the stadium, it is odd indeed. Makes me very interested in finding out what this is.
Random Note: Your file "Hurricane Wilma" gives me a bad root error.
Random File: Glory Road - 310 downloads
Review:
Information: 9/10
Placemark Style: 10/10
Interestingness: 8/10
Total: 27/30
Comments: Great custom icon, amazing thumbnail picture, the link is good. The memorial gym just isn't very interesting to look at...
Least favorite file: Annular Eclipse 10.03.05 - 296 downloads
It's a good image overlay, well-lined up, but combined with the fact that I've never really been a fan of overlays, plus the fact that besides this one day, the overlay is pretty much useless, I don't like the file very much. Storm overlays are exciting because they show you the size of the storm and all kinds of interesting tidbits, higher-res overlays are cool because they allow you to see low-res places in higher resolution, and overlays from previous Wars are interesting because they show the area as it once was. This file really does none of that, plus I don't see it getting very many more downloads.
Five favorite files:
1: Tuscon Airplane Graveyard - 3,808 downloads
I love this file. Not so much the file itself (not much info), but the location it shows. Not only are there TONS of airplanes, but the resolution is pretty clear. There's like every plane (and helicopter) imaginable and it really gives an impression of the strength of the United States aerial power.
2. Major Hurricanes From 1851 to 2005 - 301 downloads
I don't really like overlays, but I love this file. Showing 154 years of hurricanes in 16 overlays, this file really attracts my interest. Least favorite part about it: It only got 301 downloads. =(
3. Mangy Dog by Frankk - 928 downloads
Although it's not originally your file, it is still interesting. I've always been a sucker for Strange Map Quirks, and this is one of the better files. Considering the dog is made of just irrigation circles, relatively common in that area, it's pretty amazing how it looks from space. Needs a bit of imagination to see it, but still a good file. (And it's survived many image updates).
4. ATL - 845 downloads
Besides having the most UNDESCRIPTIVE title, I still like this file. Great trivia included: "They average 2,400 landings and departures each DAY. 100 an hour or almost two a minute!" Amazing.
5. Where The Titanic Sank - 2,872 downloads
Okay, this doesn't need much description. Kind of obvious what its about. A link to how you came up with the coordinate would be nice (wikipedia?). Good file, great placement of placemark (pretty accurate), definitely worth downloading (not sure if you'll ever look at it afterwards tho).
Suggestion: Only one real suggestion. Submit MORE files.
I know life gets busy...but one file a year?
Overall rating: 8/10
Random Notes: Love your avatar.
Why did you choose the title "Moderator Emeritus"?

Most Downloaded file: Chrysler Building 3-D - 1,923 downloads
Review:
Information: 2/10
Placemark Style: NA
Interestingness: 7/10
Total: 9/20
Comments: Information is very minimal, the file is a link to the 3D warehouse, but the file there cannot be downloaded to Google Earth (just sketchup). Did the building change? Because the thumbnail on GEH looks much different then the thumbnail on 3D Warehouse.
Least Downloaded file: China Grove, Texas - 38 downloads
Review:
Information: 3/10
Placemark Style: 5/10
Interestingness: 7/10
Total: 15/30
Comments: Not much information. No links, no images. Normal placemark, nothing special about it. I don't even know who the Doobie Brothers are, so this file is pretty boring in my eyes.
Random Note: Do you play guitar? (Your user page thingy says "god of rock")
Random File: Wreck of the Francisco Morazan - 169 downloads
Review:
Information: 6/10
Placemark Style: 5/10
Interestingness: 7/10
Total: 18/30
Comments: More information. Still a normal placemark. Interesting enough placemark, but not interesting enough for an 8.
Least favorite file: Algonac Skate Park - 57 downloads
Has very little information (no pictures and barely any info), plus the low quality image making it almost impossible to identify as a skatepark, plus the lack of interest for anybody but the people living in Algonac (who may or may not even know about this), this file seems pretty not useful. Granted, it's not the most useless file (there's a few files about clouds or random rocks), it definitely isn't that useful.
Top 5 Favorite Files:
1. Friendly Visitors - 670 downloads
Great job saving this. I actually deleted it, and wanted it back..and sure enough..someone was smart enough to save it. Was really funny at the time, and still is amusing to show to Google Earth beginners. Great overlay.
2. Fermi Nuclear Reactors - 162 Downloads
Not much information, but the spot is definitely cool..especially with that smoke.
3. Would have been "Highlights of Detroit" but I get a bad root error.
4. World Trade Center Proposed Strructure - 1598 downloads
Besides the spelling error in the title =P , great 3D model. It's absolutely huge compared to the other structures in New York City..and seems a nice target for terrorism, but once again..is very detailed and nice.
5. 2004 Presedential Election Demographics - 225 downloads
Not well-lined up, which is annoying, but unavoidable. Very informative overlay, and nice to see where my fellow Democrats are.
Suggestions: Like I said to Appletom..submit some more files. You submitted ZERO files in 2007.. The years almsot over..you can add a few more files..
Overall Rating: 7/10
Besides the awesome reactors and the few 3D models, the variety is kind of bland.
Additional Stuff: How'd you come up with the username BradG7?
