MOD NOTES - We did a temporary deletion on this post to review it. Clicking the link takes you to a Spanish Armor All website. It appears to be very legit, it appears to be a cool Hot Rod game using Google Earth, but we recommend NOT clicking the link unless you can read Spanish. If any of our Spanish speaking GEH members would be so kind as to check it out (proceeding with caution) and report back here, it would be very appreciated.

Remember - the internet is not the safest place on earth. Member gliesche joined GEH yesterday, made this post, and hasn't logged on since - there is always the possibility that the link takes you to a site that will try to get you to download some malicious software. On the other hand, gliesche is probably a great person who has been a GEH lurker, found something really great, and joined in order to share a great find with other GEH members.

If you understand Spanish and click the link and the site's NOT what it appears to be, please hit the report post icon immediately and send me a PM.

Thanks, Appletom.

What do you think about this game realized with Google Earth? It loads user dependend KML files. Also the networklink inside this KML file is generating different content depending on the user and his/her level. Find places, answer questions and win tickets for a lottery to win an Hot Rod. I like this idea very much. It is in spanish though. Anyone who want to give it a shot, check out:

Feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I posted this game in order to share it with other users. It is a great idea and i think people should try it out because it is of great value to the Google Earth community. There were no intentions behind. Thanks.

Hi, this is Andres Bianciotto, head of the agency that developed the promotion.

We work for Armor All since a while ago and our latest job is this hotrod sweepstakes promotion. We use GE to invite our users to discover 40 places in Mexico City where Armor All 'altered' the spots. Clicking on the spots, users receive a question and answering correctly they'll get a chance of winning one of three hotrods/muscle cars fully restored. You don't need to buy anything to play, there's no scam behind it, it's pure fun and marketing.

Gliesche is the lead developer of the project, he gutted the api to make everything work flawlessly, props to him!

We don't win anything (I think) by spamming a forum like this, we aim to get hoards of mexican users (and futuure clients!), gliesche is just proud of what he did, and I second that :)

Cheers to everyone, discovering GE was a very rich experience for a geek turned ad-guy.
