Army security blimps on ground

Here are two Army security blimps on the ground. One at the north of Israel by the border with Lebanon, the second is at the south, by the Gaza strip.
those blimps usualy carry long distance security camras.

In the photo, the southren blimp can be seen high in midair, overlooking the Gaza strip.
