The information I have on the Borei class states there wasn't a launch until 2007. The image is from 2004, far before any time such a submarine would be in the water.

It's a match for the Delta IV class, however.

This is undoubtedly a Delta IV. There are currently no subs visible in google earth that match the specs (length, beam, and features) for the Borei. Check my website at submarinefinder.com for details.

I guess all the Borei class were away from port when the last satellite pics were taken.

Other viewers have claimed the sub at Severodvnisk is a Borei, but it does not match the specs either.

Sorry folks. No Borei's currently in sight.

It's just a matter of being vigilant. Eventually one will appear. :)

Yes.... they're out there. Wish I could get a LIVE satellite peek...then we'd find one.

Anybody look at submarinefinder.com ?

I think I found a Borei ... Gearth has recently refreshed the views throughout Russia. This view is poor because the sub is partly under shelter but the specs match..... its right where you'd expect it in the heart of Russian submarine facilities. Link attached.
