Well, there's a lot of things that are important, such as:

The Photo Overlay Feature

The Network Link Feature

All the layers(many of which a lot of people haven't investigated)

Anyway, it's not like it's a hidden feature, and it's documented.

If you'd like to tell people about it, Go to the Google Earth Wiki(Check my Signature), and make a page about it.
