TBM or else ??

Hi there , what to think of the thing near the rock .... seems to be on a track ?
Could it be a TBM ? What do you all think of it ? Are they drilling tunnels there ?
Location is on China Lake Naval Test Range , and what about the other locations nearby ? For instance I see a missile or jet engine testsite , look at the smoke form on the concrete ??

TBM stands for Tunnel Boring Machine .

This is just a dirt berm in the weapons testing area. If you zoom close you can detect green from trees on the left end of the berm.

I think semelco is talking about the thing that looks like a machine on the ground to the south. Looks like a building to me.

Zoom in closely , look at the front side of the machine ? Is that the cutter side ?
By the way , this is a mountainridge and no "berms". Look at the left on the ridge , something is going on there .

I tilted the picture so you can get a iew. Where his placemark is located (EAST) it is a berm. I agree to the left (south) of the building and Right (North) are ridges. There is power lines running south to north a little farther to the east. There are no production facilities at China Lake weapons training center. There are munitions storage facilities almost everywhere. I have observed flights by many types of aircraft from F-15 to SR71s

Still looks like a building with a white pitched roof to me.

That is better. this might be an underground storage area. The are several in this area. Your marker is on south side of building, on the North side there is some undergorund work being done. It has been s few years since i have been at China Lake.
