i think its too big for a jet ski. if you consider the houses as reference, plus there is no trail. hmmm :)

I vote jetski, what looks like the body of the 'whale' is in my opinion the wake of the jetski

If its a whale its about 36 metres long - pretty big. If you tilt it looks more like a jetski.
There's no wake (or if it is a wake, its not long enough.. it must be going VERY SLOW) so its unlikely its a watercraft.. i opt for whale!

Looks like the wake of a boat as some of the wave patterns around the image seem to be in a circle

as you can see in the north of the island there is a "Whalebone Bay"
its an area where whale swim through. the tourismboots in the south could be a typical type of whaletourism!
as you also can see, bouts have a large "waterline" (or what's called in english) behind itself.
i believe its a whale, cause they swim very slowly compared with a boat.

Its a jetski/boat of some description... I has in hact just completed a 180 degree turn (the remains of the wake from that can be clearly see), and thats why it's going slow.
Water looks too shallow for a whale to me too.

Looks to me like a jetski or a boat that has turned completely around and is riding over its own wake.
It isn't very likely that a whale that big would be venturing inside that cove.
