Does anyone know what these 2 structures are, Near Blackpool UK?

Can anyone identify what these are?, one can be seen from the M55 Motorway near J3 and after looking on GE I found another just due south of the first one.

They are either alien command centers or water reservoirs :)

PS...make sure and turn on Google Earth Community layer and you would have found your answer.
