problem with opening website in google earth

Hey,
I have a problem with my Google Earth (I use Firefox if it's important):
When I enter to tools -> web, instead of opening a small bar at the bottom it opens a new tab in my Firefox.
Can anybody please help me?

Tools -> Options -> General -> Web in external Browser (disable)
