Strange Multi-Color Grid & Lines In GE Viewer

Hello, I have strange grids of colors appearing in my GE viewer. And, when zooming in... the grids just become a mass of color lines blocking the view. Please help me if you can. I did download the latest Microsoft Video Interface, but the problem still exists. Thanks

Attach a snapshot of the problem if you can. It would be easier if we could see the problem.

My first thing to say is, have you tried clearing your cache?
