I'm not sure how small of cities I'll be adding. I had initially planned on adding all kinds of cities (including those of the size you mentioned), but I'm starting to lean away from that. We'll see.

Even though it would be nice to have hometowns this makes the game a whole lot more complicated. I think that we should limit added cities to capital cities.
