street Camera view

Whey you click on one of the camera icons
you go to that street position, when you get
to that street position you can click on other
cameras to move down the street.
My question is: Last week i was getting good color
pictures, now i am getting fuzzy black and gray
pictures with bad picture color.
What is the problem???

Are they the same image locations? The image quality varies wildly, unfortunately. I'm sure the equipment mounted on each car is different, and lighting can really impact the quality.

StreetView had an image update. If you are looking at the same image, and it has changed, you probably went from a good quality picture to a bad quality picture. Most hi-quality pictures are at street corners/intersections..

I wonder the same thing -- maybe it's just the "updated" images. If you view the exact same location in Google Maps StreetView, does it look as bad? It should be the same imagery in both places.
