Indeed, it's not a natural thing at all. It has the classic shape of a military munitions depot and storage. It is in fact the Navajo Army Depot, which today stores a variety of things. I think they might still store disused rocket motors from decommissioned ICBM stages.

As you look out, you can see the mounds of earth they have built up around each reinforced bunker that stores the various commodities at the site. The distribution of the bunkers as well as the earth and concrete protection not only means an enemy would have to expend a lot of ordnance to take out all of the site, but it also means that any accidents should be kept to a single bunker and not spread problems to others nearby.

Thank you for the info, I was just cruising around and saw the stuff, and I notice there's some buildings there. :yep:
