Where is the Rucker Park, NYC?

Hi searchers.
Hopefully, a few of you people had heard about the legendary streetbasketball courts called the "Rucker Park". I´m a big Bball fan but i cant find it in New York. I know that the Park is located at a place where 155th street and 8th Avenue. I hope that you can help me.
