Seems to be an airfield with an industrial/military complex. What is the perfectly circular black hole?
I have no idea where or what this is.

Are you asking what this is or where this is?
If you're asking what it is, i'm clueless.
If you're asking where it is, you probably already know where, and you're making this into a guess where this is game and we need to guess where it is.

Sadly, I don't have time to figure out either, and I need to go to my Chem class.

Ok nvm, you're looking for it. Hmm, where'd you get the picture btw? I'm actually quite interested.

Well without the Lat-Lon, it's going to be very difficult to find out where it is. Perhaps you could ask your friend?

seemingly it's a game so no lat or long for this you just have to find it.

The image has been pulled back rather far and then shrunk. When you do look at it, the circle will probably won't be as perfect as it first appears. The area looks strongly to me like a volcanic coastline with the circle being a crater partially filled with water.

I'll see what I can find, but I can't promise anything. Going from just a picture and no other information won't be easy.

That straight line looks sort of like a runway. However, it looks like one tiny airport..

Yes, it's a runway.

It seems like a small city that's grown up around some small industry, either mining, oil, or fishing at a wild guess. I've looked along the Aleutians and across the coastlines of several countries, but nothing jumped out at me. There was a section of coast along an Indonesian island with very similiar characteristics. The sea was even showing a very similar color. Still, there are a lot of locations where it could be.

I think the shadow from the white building near the airstrip is to the north indicating the place is northern hemisphere. the dark patches are not trees they look like lakes when you blow the picture up and the black circle looks man made seems to be a track round it. thanks guys keep trying.

I never would have guessed. The one picture alone was nowhere near enough of a hint to find that..

Anyone watching Ice Road Truckers on History Channel will have seen Tuktoyaktuk many times.
