It looks like i was wrong. It turnes out that military base that is near this blurred space is just a coincidence. Google just had an image update and it looks like there is nothing to hide there anymore. It must have been just some bug.

You can see the new image in Google Earth but Google Maps still have the old image. This will not last long so ill upload the before and after image.

And once again you can view blurred space here with the new time slider in GE 5. But it doesn't look the same as it did first time i post this.
