Hi
As a extensive user of the Google Earth 'play tour' option I believe I have tested most/many aspects of this feature and would like to share a few comments. If a developer of GE reads this, it could be taken as suggestions to improvement of this great feature.
For those of you who do not know this option of GE it's an option that gives you the oppotunity to automatically play a series of placemarks, like you in a presentation can play a number of slides. The play button is in GE just below the placemark box to the left.
1) Stop/start of tour. Point of start. You can pause a tour and then resume it, and that's that! As it is now you have to start at a given folder beginning to stop and then start. If you have a tour of more than 360 placemarks, it's not always you want to start from the beginning... It would be great if you could start a tour from any choosen placemark and then play from there.
2) Display of photo. Photos displays really bad during 'play tour'. It seems like a lower resolution picture is displayed. Further more it's almost impossible to ajust placement of a photo after creation.
3) Tour options. It's anoying to go to options and then the pane to ajust basic tour options like speed or break/pause time. I could suggest a sort of tour dashboard. Maybe change of the current navigation in upper right corner, when 'play tour' is started.
Thanks for a great product, giving much fun and information to me and many others.
Best regards
Tom

If you would like to test the 'play tour' option of GE, I can recommend a couple of tours I have made that especially challenge GE and the 'play tour' to the most. Not to mention your network and graphics setup. :-)
