I found the Gravity Games skate ramps being constructed before the event in Cleveland Ohio. The ramps were at Voinovich Park, about a quarter mile north of the rock hall enterance. Cleveland, Ohio Hosted the Gravity games (fox sport's spinoff of the xgames) for 3 or 4 years, ending in 2004.
To the east, you can see the William G. Mather. a great lakes ore carrier, converted to a maritime museum.
