did anybody has an idea what this can be??

Looks like a small fire to me :) the reason the smoke is so straight is there seems to be a strong wind heading south / south east (down the coast) though its hard to tell without being able to see what the water off the coast is doing (because its low res)

the question is now if its a controlled fire, or if its a wild fire.. ;)

It has a long tail of light. it seems that it just passed by. maybe a meteor passed by somewhere between the sattelite camera and earth!

I stand by fire, meteors look more like the attached place mark

Dear Madam (!)

The placemark is to my knowledge in the ZOO of Berlin - Tiergarten and I really donīt think it has anything to do with meteors. Please correct me. It would be fun to know.

Yes, you are right... It's over Berlin zoo.. but if you look right below the placemark you can see the small meteor and its trail.. you can even see the reflection of the meteor (burning up) in the lake below..

that is no meteor.it`s just a reflection on the lake.you can find reflections like that on many places like near the empire state building for e.g.

Absolutely correct, these "meteorites" are nothing but reflections, and you can see them all over the world if you look carefully. For example, someone thought one was a helicopter over a traffic jam. A bit of looking around yielded a dozen more in the same traffic jam (see attachment). So, don't bring out the aluminum foil hats yet.
