Save A Large Search

I did a Google Earth search of businesses ( Waffle House ), that resulted in 300+ places. They were in folders as groups of 10. Is there an easy way to save ALL of the search results to a KML file?

Technically, yes, though I'm not sure you can do it in one file. Once you get a set of answers, you can right-click the folder at the top of the currently displayed set of results. From there you can use the menu option to 'Save Places As' and save them like any other placemark folder.

The problem is you have to do this for every set of 10 results. I've never found a way to increase the number of displayed results, but if that's possible then it would be simple to save them all off to a single file.
