Maybe they are fakes for training reasons or disposed stuff, but i'm not sure. I would be glad, if somebody can find it out.

These rockets are at the entrance to the NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) Defense Battalion 7 garage (or depot) in Höxter. My guess is a sort of gate guard if you like.

The barracks itself is at Brenkhäusser Strasse.

yes, this site is also very interesting and shows many activities and military equipment. maybe 51° 47.003'N, 9° 22.508'E is a possible location of a former "gate guard"-rocket installation.

It's just one rocket and its shadow. Looks like it's mounted off the ground at an angle. Probably a decoration.

I don't agree, for me it looks like two pointing left and right. The two are placed in the center of the foundation.

Ya, I looked at them again and you're correct. That's what I get for looking at them on G-Maps instead of G-Earth.
