This has to be impossible, the cash cab look's, and is supposed to look like a reguler taxi, unless you actually physically walked around New York, your screwed.

His plate # is 1g12 thats his taxi # also.
Its a small minivan,and it's usually around times square

Sadly license plates are blurred on Streetview, so that won't work....

The taxi # is also on the side of the cab, You can see taxi ##'s there the same as the plate #. I'm still looking whenever I can!
