This brings up an interesting legal question. Can the grower be convicted? The photos on Google Earth are, what 2 or more years old. If the Cannabis is no longer grown there, can they still act upon it?

I think, he plant on the same place every year. On the pressphotos here in Switzerrland, you see the cannabis.

May depend on statute of limitations, if they consider a google earth satellite image to be admissible as evidence, and so on. Just depends on how Switzerland's legal system works. Not sure on this. :slant:
