If you are interested -

"Sharon" registered here at GEH at 7:40 today and asked a question about how she can convert a Word document to a PDF file.

In an amazing coincidence, "James" registered a mere 4 minutes after Sharon, found her post, and just happened to know of some software that would help Sharon out. He was, of course, kind enough to provide a link to that very software.

And in the "wow, what are the odds of that happening" category, both Sharon and James use the same IP address.
