I found this coat of arms in London bot I don't know exactly what it is

As far as I have figured out its a mix of Middlesex (swords and crown), Ealing (The oak tree) and maybe sussex (the bird (martlet)).

Does anybody know what coat of arms it is?

I have spent hours going through hundreds of web sites to see if I could find anything even remotely like it without any success.

So many web sites trying to sell coats of arms makes it even more difficult to search.

Sorry I could not be of more assistance.
