after heavy rain.
Actually the rain wasn't that heavy and isn't supposed to be the reason for this disaster

OK, I didn't see the news in german TV, nor read the german news on the Net. Only danish, and there they told it was heavy rain. Typical with news. :D

I have to apologize, because I missinterpreted the news. The night 20 l per m felt which is actually very heavy rain (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rain#Human_influence). Because of the statement, that 20 l don't cause such a mud slide, I thought, it wasn't heavy rain.
