Welcome to Google Hacks, Eagle eye!
That's a seriously great find, especially since it's been on GE since April 2007.
Well done!:givebeer:
Not sure if it's a spy plane; aren't they always black? I remember some time back a similar, distorted, view of an aircraft posted over in GE Community (http://bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/ubbthreads.php/Cat/0), but I don't remember the explanation.

Cool find, But.... It isn't a spy plane. It's an ordinary plane in a weird angle.
Here are some more (We have more of these already found):

The best is your find isn't in our list so please upload it. :)
Welcome to GEH.

Eagle eye, welcome to GEH. This is a GREAT find, I think this is the first time an airplane in flight showed up here at GEH before it showed up at GEC.
Maybe Tom Baldwin or Tom Dooley can show you how to add the file there.
By its color, you can tell that the plane is a Southwest Airlines 737.

The U2 is on their list three times. You can see what is in the GEC community by turning on that layer in Google Earth.
Can you upload a kmz file of the first plane to our file library (http://www.gearthhacks.com/addfile.php)?
