Having seen "Dual images" of flying aircraft, do you think this could be another satellite? Keep in mind that the imaging Satellites orbit several hundred miles/kilometers, higher than some Low Earth Orbit Satellites... Also if you follow the line South East, you will notice it is Not a physical structure. Your thoughts?

No, it's just a graphics glitch.
Also, it's not all that possible to make assumptions about altitude. This is very low resolution imagery so the source isn't Quickbird 2 or that sort of satellite. When considering high resolution satellites, Quickbird 2 is in a very low orbit. Ikonos is in a much higher orbit. They aren't all in rougly the same orbit. When considering the lower resolution satellites, you can even sort through the Landsat satellites and find them at radically differing altitudes.
Lastly, a satellite would not be leaving a contrail or any other sort of trail. Also keep in mind the speed that satellites are traveling. They'd be heavily blurred and their movement ghosts would be separated vastly more due to the speeds.
