Straight of Gibraltar all messed up !?

Hi folks. Can anyone please have a very quick look on the Strait of Gibraltar ?

Does it display all messed up for you as well, or is it just my app ?

There's nothing wrong with that image. If you mean the patched appearance, that's normal. Each 'patch' is a different image tile from a different day and sometimes even different satellites. The quality varies wildly depending things such as air quality and the angle of the sun.

I know that google images are patched, but ... to THAT extent ?? I have never seen it so bad before. Especially the light-gray triangle that somehow blocks nearly all the way from Europe to Africa ...
