I'm trying to find the house of the Beale residents. there was a documentary made of them in the 70's and a movie was recently made of them starring Drew Barrymor. Here's a link to the background story.

They get things wrong sometimes, so it pays to double-check. Usually, though, if there are coordinates they're at least reasonable. :)
