This is a discussion thread for the following file:

Titan Floating Crane - Herman the German in Panama

One of the four cranes that Adolf Hitler demand to made in 1941. These were the biggest cranes in the world during the World War II and they were tooked by the Allies (United States, UK and Russia) when the war ended, as war treasures.

The "TITAN" crane was moved to California where she stayed 50 years, and then in 1999 the crane was brought to serve in the Panama Canal, and today the crane works in the Dredge Division of the Panama Canal and she can lift 350 metric tons and has 112 meters high, and she is used for the maintenance of the locks in the Canal.

The design of these cranes made Hitler proud, making them one the Third Reich treasures in his wishes to counteract the ally power in the sea.
