Looks all normal in Streetview. Exept this "spooky" lonely guy. :D

A ferry terminal is simply a ferry terminal. why would Google blur it out and who would ask them too?

This is the ferry for getting to Plum Island. Plum Island houses the USDA Animal Disease Center.

If you move the time slider, you can see that the ferry was not blurred out in 2001 but became blurred out in the 2004 view.

In June 2003, the land, buildings and other facilities of the Plum Island Animal Disease Center were transferred to the Department of Homeland Security.

If you look north you will see that all of Plum Island itself is also blurred out. Unless you move your time slider to 10-31-06.

More about Plum Island's blurring is in this GEH thread (http://www.gearthhacks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9681).
