I want to include some short Movies from GE in my Home Vids but at $400 for Pro this is not an option. Does anyone know if there is a
1) cheaper "Non Commercial Licence" for Pro, or
2) a comercial services that will take your KMZ files are create the WMV for you, or
3) another way!

Thanks
Nathan

It's a five year old thread, but I think the advice will still be valid.

Thanks - Screen capture is probably my fall back option if I can not find another way with GE Pro (it will downloaded each frame individually creating a great quality, judder free, full res video file).

Are you aware that GE Pro has a one week free trial (https://geoauth.google.com/gev0/free_trial.html)? I'm not an advocate of abusing software rights, but if you just need one movie for one personal homemade project . . .

Thanks again, your right...It is just for personal projects and I guess I would only do one or so a year (eg to show holidays destinations etc) hence the desire for the feature yet the reluctance to pay $400pa for such low use....but I'm happy to pay something, either per movie or a non-commercial licence but it seems neither option is available.

Anyway, I did consider the trail but I'm not sure how bad the Watermark would be:

During your trial, the images have a trial version demarcation when creating movies, saving, and printing. Also, the amount of vector data and addresses you can import is limited to 100 points

So - I'll do up my trip in GE and create the KMZ file. I can then play with either the trial or Screen Cams and see what is best.
