Bangladesh or Canada?

It would seem by the position of this army that Dhaka, Bangladesh is just a stone's throw from Edmonton, Alberta Canada.

For the life of me, I can't figure out what caused that army to do that. I manually put it in the city, but I'd love it if someone could duplicate this error and let me know what they did.
