can't plant?

Is there a way to notify the user as to how long they have to wait until planting again? (a countdown from 24hrs since last planting?)

If you try to plant a field (or build an oil well) it will tell you. I'll add it to some other locations shortly.

(The "plant here" crosshairs do still come up if you're under 24 hours since last plant, and the "you've successfully planted" page also shows in Google Earth, btw)
