I recently sent out the following armies:

Columbus would be proud Traveling to Washington, D.C., USA 100
Marco Polo Explores Again Traveling to Missoula, Montana 100
Out on a sunday drive Traveling to Cardiff, Wales 100
Peaceful Ambassadors Traveling to Dakar, Senegal 100
We will not attack Traveling to Munich, Germany 100

These armies won't be attacking anyone. I'm just sending them to parts of the globe so they can take unoccupied cities when they open up.
If one of these armies is at your city and makes you nervous, just pm me and i'll move em elsewhere. :)
