Attacking Cities

hey guys just a simple questin here as i am pretty new to this game, :confused:

do you need nukes to be able to attack a city, or can you do it with your armies?

Best way to do it is with you armies.
Nukes can't be used on every city as a lot have nuke shields.
Another down side of nukes is that you can't take over the city.
It becomes radio-active for a day or so. In that time a lot of other armies will be standing outside the walls to take it over.

Get some armies and lots of troops(preferrable 5000+) to take over a city.
