Sorry, but this is a C-17 "Globemaster III".
It is highwing plane and the aileron is on top of the fin. The KC has the aileron mounted at the side of the fuselage and a lowwing.

good call i was just about to say the same thing...

if you scroll over to the bas you can see C5 C17 togetther in the airlift section of the base. then the KC135's over in their own section.
