Why are my new uploaded files twice in the database for proving? I load it up only once, but in the last days they appeared twice there.

Why are my new uploaded files twice in the database for proving? I load it up only once, but in the last days they appeared twice there.

Be sure you don't double-click the submit button or that might happen - a single click is all you need.

I need to write a script to check for that, but I haven't done that yet (obviously).
