It's not really that amazing. At least not for Osaka.

Until Mickey implemented the tax revenue system, Osaka had very little value. Now its only got a little bit.

The other two are are now only valuable due to the tax revenue system, and even then, they don't bring in tons of $$.

You should be more amazed at people who can hold the bonus cities for more than a few days..... :lol:
