Not sure exactly what it is.
But it does look like Soviet SAM emplacements. I've been trying to find the schematics, but I recall reading in a book. Its the star pattern with the missiles on the edges and radar sets in the middle.
Just my 2 cents.

But its probably something normal like what hyper said.

I think it's the Burning Man Festival!
I remember seeing a tv-program about it once.

This picture shows it pretty well

Hmm, I think it's military, as there's an airport nearby but no sign of a town/city.

Uhhh, if you follow the directions to the festival on the Burning Man website, they lead to a site about 270 miles NW of the Sun Sign (see attached). And yes, both are in Nevada...

It must be military, Look due west and NNE, two other sites not seen in general human habitation. Nuclear test sites?

Sunsite (3724'05"N, 11652'04"W) is obviously an interesting place.
It certainly looks like some abandoned ICBM launch site.

3.75 mi due west and 0.25 miles north (3724'15.26"N, 11653'58.86"W) from Sunsite there is another similar artifact. not as detailed as Sunsite, but with a circular patterns of what could be silos. A third artifact is a little to the South at (3724'03.29"N, 11654'20.47"W).

The airport and the streets seem abandoned, there are no signs of vehicles and there seems to be lots of pockmarkings; this could be something abandoned at the end of the cold War. Probably the USSR had these coordinates hardwired on their missiles!

Cuban Missile Crisis 1962

This photograph. taken on November 10, 1962 (from less than 500 ft. altitude at a speed of 713 mph). Clearly shown are Soviet-built SA-2 surface-to-air missiles (SAMs) in place at launch sites. It is claimed that this was President Kennedy's favorite photo of the installations, and was mounted in the oval office. He used this photo to demonstrate the nature of the threat that the offensive weapons provided. The pattern of dots surrounding the sites are claimed to be camouflage nets..

I am pretty sure this is a bombing range practice site. Yes it does look just like a Soviet SAM site and if you look all around it there are a lot of craters there. Also start looking around the whole area and you will see bomb craters here and there.
