I thought it would be cool if someone could locate the battlefields in the famous video games battefield 1942 (and expansions) and battlefield 2. reply if you think this is cool or you'll participate. thanks,Hypeserver-COOL IDEAS FOR G.E. SINCE JULY 05

Most of the Bf2 maps are fictional.

Real Bf2 places:
Dalian (maybe Dalian Plant): search for dalian, china
Daqing (maybe Daqing Oilfields): search for daqing, china

Real Bf1942 places:
Midway: search for 27°44'14.55" N, 175°45'55.31" W (zoom out until you see 3-4 islands)
Berlin: search for berlin, germany
Omaha Beach: search for 49°21'13.77" N, 0°47'29.12" W
Stalingrad: search for stalingrad, russia
Wake island: 19°17'29.45" N, 166°36'59.49" E.
to see the borders of wake island turn on borders and go to eye alt between 56-60 miles

Im tired of searching all these places so use wikipedia to find out coordinates and stuff ;)
