There's been some talk about "selling armies" and such, but what of returning them to the civilian population? This would increase the bias in the troops' home cities' morale engines, and taxes would thereby increase. The people are happy! Johnny comes marching home! Yay!

Something like that.

Along with the notion of experienced veterans, inexperienced boots, and so forth, how about when stand down orders are given to a number of troops, they enter the ready reserve? That way their experience wouldn't be lost if they'd need to be called up again.

Army Efficiancy tied to defensive power (defensive bias on the battle calculation) Old Army Efficiancy tied to new army bought in the same city as "stand down" ... lovely concept. Just tie the AE to the city file ... and all armies after that are bettered, (not battered) (as they are pretrained by veterans).

Attacking Biases would have to come from new technologies .... but that's a whole other thread!
