Can allied armies both be in the same city?
for example say I have a city and someone is coming to get me so myy friend wants to send one of his armies over to my city to help with the fight.can he?
If not can you add the feature without making unfair advantages?

its not a problem of advantages i think, more a problem of coding.

Your friend can allready help. He can send armies to camp outside and attack him when he arrives.
This only works ofcourse if he's quicker then the enemy attacking you.
But that adds to the excitement.
Otherwise it would be tooo easy and could get boring.
